A part of the Commission on Higher Education's Memorandum Order No. 20, Series of 2013, is abolishing compulsory Filipino linguistic and literary education in college. Thankfully, the Supreme Court blocked this motion with a Temporary Restraining Order. Read on to see my thoughts on it.
